Antonia is an absolute firecracker πŸ’₯ She’s 12 years old and I’m almost 100% certain she could punch ye right out yer Reeboks πŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ˜‚

She’s so stronger, she finds it hard to find people to spar with! She’s having to spar with boys who are bigger and heavier than her πŸ’ͺ🏼 And sometimes the boys don’t even show up because they know she’ll hand them their a*se 🀣

Antonia comes in and absolutely hammers her sessions - she could give most adults a showing up in the gym πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

Sorley has been attending our Youth sessions for a couple of months now! During that time, he produced an amazing first set of testing results during our testing period, his Joga Futsal team won their age group in the Venice C5 tournament in Italy - with Sorley bagging 2nd top goal scorer πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

He has also continued to train smart around an ankle injury - which only highlights the determined mindset this Young Athlete has πŸ‘πŸΌ

Many of our Youths, are footballers! They all pretty much want the same things:

⚽️ To be stronger on the ball

πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ To beat their opponents to the ball (and keep it)

πŸ’ͺ🏼 To be strong enough to commit to tackles, regardless of if their opponent is bigger than them!

Luis absolutely hammers both of his sessions every single week πŸ‘πŸΌ He feels he is becoming much stronger - and he is beginning to see the positive physical changes because of this πŸ’ͺ🏼

Due to how focused Luis is during his sessions, he can see how much his technique is improving, not just in our sessions, but on the pitch too!

All of our warm ups for our Youths are heavily based around footwork (jumping, turning, landing etc) which help all our Youth Footballers out on that pitch βš½οΈπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

The determination and dedication of our Youth members, is something to be admired πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜Ž

Sorley currently has an ankle injury, which is limiting what he can do at football training! Rather than taking time out, Sorley is doing what all good footballers do, taking it easy in football training, but working out in the gym to ensure he’s keeping the rest of his body strong and fit so he’s ready to go when his ankle injury heals πŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼
