We specialise in providing individualised weightlifting, strength & conditioning and injury rehab support to athletes and keep-fitters from 7 years old to 70 years old.

Since we started in 2015, we have led the way in providing quality strength and conditioning coaching and injury rehab to the greater Glasgow area.

We run coach led, small group sessions where everyone has their own programme to work from at one of (if not thee) top performance gyms in Glasgow.

This basically means you receive a top drawer service with plenty value for your hard earned.

We’re a no mirrors, no excuses, no nonsense with a crackin’ and effective training environment for our Squad.

We don’t do for fads or gimmicks, just quality sessions led by a strength and conditioning coach and we do it Glasgow style.

With programming based on actual sport and exercise science that will improve your performance for sports such as boxing, football or your own fitness for non-athletes/keep-fit members.

Our Mini Specific programme is a coach led introduction to strength and conditioning for kids, from 7yr olds to 11yr olds.

Specific Youth is our strength and conditioning coaching service for youths and teenagers (11-17yr old).

On our Lift It sessions will learn the fundamentals of strength training, be coached through your own bespoke resistance training programme, learn Olympic Lifting or even just help get you down a dress size or up a t-shirt size.

Our unique Proper Rehab service guides and supports people with injuries such as ACL reconstructions, bone fractures and Osgood-Schlatter’s disease, back to full strength and confidence.

Nothin’ Fancy.

We provide quality old-school training on our Lift It programme. Bars and dumbbells have been about a lot longer than any fad with ‘fit’ at the end of the name.

Tunes.

The training isn’t the only thing old-school in this gaff.
